This agreement applies to all professionals who create, claim, or maintain a listing in the Artifact Authenticators directory.
1. Independent Professional Status
By submitting or claiming a profile, you acknowledge that you are an independent professional. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Artifact Authenticators.
You are solely responsible for the services you provide and the professional opinions you issue.
2. Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information submitted to your directory profile is truthful, accurate, and not misleading, including:
- Areas of expertise
- Services offered
- Credentials and experience
- Contact information
You agree to keep your listing current and updated as needed.
3. No Endorsement
You understand that being listed in the directory does not constitute endorsement, certification, verification, or approval of your services by Artifact Authenticators.
The directory exists solely as a platform for visibility and connection.
4. Professional Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Your authentication methods, evaluations, and conclusions
- Any certificates, reports, or documentation you issue
- Communication and agreements with your clients
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Artifact Authenticators is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising from your services.
5. Platform Communications
If messaging or communication features are provided through the Artifact Authenticators website, you acknowledge and agree that communications sent through the platform may be stored, monitored, and accessed by authorized representatives of Artifact Authenticators for purposes including, but not limited to, platform administration, security, dispute resolution, policy enforcement, and service improvement.
This access is limited to internal operational purposes and does not make Artifact Authenticators a party to any agreement or professional relationship between you and any user. You remain solely responsible for the content of your communications and the services you provide.
6. Use of Content
By submitting profile information, you grant Artifact Authenticators permission to display, publish, reproduce, and promote your listing on the website and in related marketing materials.
You retain ownership of your professional credentials, biography, and other submitted content.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
- Impersonate another professional
- Use the platform for illegal, unethical, or deceptive purposes
- Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or services
We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these standards.
8. Fees and Services
If the directory offers paid listing features now or in the future, any applicable fees, billing terms, and listing benefits will be described separately. Payment of fees does not guarantee client engagement, visibility, or business results.
9. Limitation of Liability
You agree that Artifact Authenticators is not liable for:
- Loss of business opportunities
- Client disputes or dissatisfaction
- Professional disagreements
- Financial, legal, or reputational damages
Your participation in the directory is voluntary and at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or modify listings at our discretion, including for violations of this agreement, misleading information, or complaints regarding professional conduct.
You may request removal of your listing at any time.
11. Acceptance
By creating, claiming, or maintaining a profile in this directory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Authenticator Listing Agreement.
